Easol, the self-described “all-in-one platform for managing your entire experience business,” has launched a new agentic product and formally announced a $30 million raise.

The “all-in-one SaaS platform” debuted Teammates and unveiled the $30 million Series A extension today. Beginning on the funding side, Easol pointed to $20 million in equity capital from Y Combinator, Spotify stakeholder Tiger Global, Foundation Capital, Notion Capital, and Fever investors FMZ Ventures and Eight Roads.

Meanwhile, the London-headquartered business attributed the remaining $10 million to a debt facility from Viola Credit, which last year provided a $50 million “side facility” to Duetti.

Co-founded by Ben Simpson (CEO) and Lisa Simpson (chief brand officer), who previously established a “marketplace for entrepreneurs in travel and experiences” called Fixers, Easol is said to handle everything from website design to payment processing and booking for event organizers.

And beneath the hood, the initially mentioned AI agents train on client data en route to powering customer support, sales, and more, according to the appropriate site. In theory, then, the broader product and services suite can unlock double-digit revenue growth, per the same source.

This source is heavy on hard numbers – referring in part to an advertised 40% conversion-rate spike and a 20%-per-head spending boost for clients.

Additionally, Afro Nation is said to have recorded a $4.3 million “increase in revenue” since capitalizing on the offerings of Easol, which also deals in “fair, flexible funding” and counts as partners Live Nation and AEG Presents.

Addressing the round and the debut of Teammates, which “are now live for every experience creator on Easol,” co-founder and head Ben Simpson touted AI tools as “a real competitive advantage” for live and experience players.

“In the age of AI, the world needs real-life experiences more than ever,” the Running Wild and Rise Festival co-founder said. “We believe the experience businesses that adopt AI will have a real competitive advantage that will be transformative. We want every creator on Easol to have it. Here’s to spending more time on the moments that matter.”

Earlier this month, live-focused marketing platform Hive scored a $27 million investment from Frontier Growth. And before that, September saw avatar-concert specialist Unit1 Studio pull down nearly $27 million, compared to a cool $250 million primary equity round for the above-noted Fever.
