Megan Thee Stallion has entered into a partnership with Interscope Records/UMG, while retaining full ownership of her masters and publishing.
On Friday, Megan Thee Stallion announced signing a deal with Interscope Records, with the label providing global distribution and support for her Hot Girl Productions label. The deal will see Megan retain full ownership of her masters and publishing.
“I’ve always wanted to create music on my terms while building a legacy that extends beyond the industry,” said Megan. “This distribution partnership with Interscope allows me to stay true to my creative vision while also increasing my global reach. I’m excited for this next chapter of growth and the expansion of my Hot Girl Productions empire.”
The new partnership follows Megan’s previous deal with Warner Music Group back in 2024, in which the major provided distribution and label services while enabling her independence. She released her most recent album, “Megan,” through that deal. Her first two albums were released via 1501 Certified Entertainment and 300 Entertainment; the latter is a subsidiary of WMG.

Megan’s announcement arrives just days after the rapper teased her upcoming album—and new era—on Instagram. During an interview on IMO with Michelle Obama & Craig Robinson this week, she revealed that she’s “still working on my title right now.” The record will serve as a “reintroduction” to her alter-ego, Tina Snow.
“Tina is grown now, babe. She’s been through lots of life since y’all heard from her last,” she said. “I have so many collaborations the hotties have been asking me for. From niche collaborations, collaborations that are overdue, collaborations that have shocked the people.”
