Rapidly ascending Korean-American singer and former “Traitors” contestant Eric Nam has signed with UTA for representation in all areas.

Eric Nam, a Korean-American singer and former Traitors contestant whose star is currently on the rise, has been quickly snapped up by UTA for representation in all areas. The Georgia native was already established as a singer in South Korea before transitioning into the U.S. market within the last several years.

The artist has built a global career across music, film, and media, establishing himself as an influential force in the Korean music scene. Within the past decade, he has released multiple albums, sold out world tours, and cultivated a dedicated fanbase.

His new album, Confessions of a Lonely Heart, releases on Friday, October 16—his first album since 2024. The upcoming release follows a series of singles throughout the year, including “How the Fire Started,” “Miss Me More,” and “Someday.”

Nam is perhaps best known to Western audiences for his work as a contestant earlier this year in Peacock’s The Traitors, a hit reality show in which he was a fan favorite throughout the season. Nam even reached the final episode, swiftly gaining recognition among viewers.

Having recently voiced the lead character Aang in Paramount’s animated picture, Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender, Nam will continue expanding his work in television and film. His upcoming project will be Paramount and Hybe’s K-Pop: The Debut, alongside KPop Demon Hunters‘ Ji-young Yoo. The film, which is expected to be the first major American studio film shot entirely in South Korea, is set in the world of K-pop music survival shows and is due for release in 2027.

Nam also co-founded Dive Studios, a global media platform with a goal of connecting Korean entertainment, culture, and commerce. Producing podcasts, long-form, and short-form original content, the company has released the Daebak Show, hosted by Nam, which features him interviewing K-pop stars and other celebrities. In addition to producing content, Dive Studios also provides marketing and advertising services for brands worldwide.

Eric Nam recently held a “Spotlight” performance at the Grammy Museum’s Clive Davis Theater in Los Angeles in August. He also attended the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards last month.
