While all the award winners are yet to be announced, there’s already been plenty to celebrate on Friday night.
Earlier in the evening, Super Netball triple premiership mentor Tania Obst was named the Joyce Brown Coach of the Year.
It’s the second time Obst has won the top honour (2024) and it’s the fourth time an Adelaide Thunderbirds mentor has claimed the title, following Jane Woodlands-Thompson in 2010 and 2013.
Vixens star Kiera Austin claimed the Australian Netball Players Association Heart of the Game award – awarded to an SSN player who demonstrates exceptional commitment to netball, personal growth, community impact, and positive influence.
Austin became the third winner of the award which was introduced in 2024, following inaugural recipient Amy Parmenter and last year’s winner Tayla Williams.
Jemma Cook was awarded the 2026 Lorna McConchie Umpire of the Year award while the Dr Eve Fesl First Nations Black Swans Player of the Year went to Holly Stephens.
West Coast Fever’s Ruth Aryang claimed the Super Netball Rookie of the Year title, after returning in 2026 from the achilles injury that derailed her first professional season.
Swifts Academy product Eliza Burton was named the 2026 SN Reserves Player of the Year.
