What To Know: Allen’s MVP odds moved from +220 last week to +250 this week, after the Bills suffered their first loss of the season, a 29-26 home setback against the division rival Patriots. Allen has had shaky performances over the past two weeks. In Week 3, he had 204 passing yards and two rushing TDs in a 24-16 win over the Chargers, but he also had two interceptions and was sacked four times. In the Week 4 loss to the Pats, he had 253 passing yards, one passing score, one rushing score and one pick.
What To Know: Purdy was the +800 third choice two weeks ago, before surging to the +500 second choice last week, and now he’s at +400. The Niners are 4-0 and their QB has been dominant so far. In Week 3, he threw for 297 yards and four TDs, and in Week 4, he put up 218 passing yards and two TDs. He’s completing 69.6% of his passes on the year, and only has one interception through four weeks.
What To Know: The Chiefs are 4-0 and Mahomes is finding his stride. In Week 4, he only completed 15 of 30 passes for 225 yards in a 30-27 win over Las Vegas, but he did have two TDs. Mahomes was +800 last week.
What To Know: Jackson and the Ravens are 3-1, and beat the Titans 24-18 in Week 4. However, Jackson injured his ankle in the win and is considered day-to-day ahead of Week 5. He was +600 last week. Baltimore will now hold its breath
What To Know: Jacksonville is 3-1, but beat the brakes off of New England in Week 3 and then won at Cincinnati in Week 4. Are the Jags finally for real? In the win, Lawrence completed 18 of 23 passes for 227 yards and a score. He was +1400 last week.
What To Know: Prescott rose from +2000 last week. His Cowboys are 2-2, but could very well be 4-0 if not for some costly errors/missed opportunities against the Giants in Week 1 and the Ravens in Week 3. Prescott has eight TDs and only one interception on the year, and the Cowboys won a shootout in Houston in Week 4. He had 335 passing yards and a TD in the win.
What To Know: Burrow was at +900 last week, so he slid substantially after the Bengals’ loss to the Jags. Cincy is 2-2 on the year, and Burrow has seven TDs to three picks. Most importantly, however, is that he’s healthy through the first four weeks.
