Shygirl is a London-based singer, songwriter, DJ and producer known for combining experimental electronic music, alternative R&B and underground club culture. Emerging from London’s independent electronic scene, she developed a distinctive artistic identity through provocative lyrics, unconventional production and collaborations with forward-thinking musicians. Her debut album Nymph (2022) expanded her sound beyond club-oriented music, while subsequent Club Shy projects explored dancefloor energy and electronic experimentation. With SWALLOW!, her second studio album, Shygirl moves toward a more intimate musical direction, exploring romanticism, emotional vulnerability and personal transformation.

Released on November 3, 2026, “Eternal” is the fourth and final advance single from SWALLOW! and serves as the album’s closing track. Co-produced by Shygirl, Karma Kid, Casey MQ, Dahi and Ely Rise, the song combines atmospheric breakbeats, delicate strings and ethereal vocals, moving away from the confrontational club energy associated with much of her earlier work. Influences from trip-hop and the darker electronic textures of the 1990s create a spacious, emotionally expressive composition.
