St Kilda is reportedly not looking to sign Jamarra Ugle-Hagan and Bobby Hill.
That’s according to SEN reporter Sam Edmund following rumours that the duo could be on the Saints radar after they added veteran forward Jake Stringer.

Ugle-Hagan’s future at Gold Coast is clouded as he negotiates a potential one-season extension with the club after it gave the former No. 1 pick a lifeline this year.

Meanwhile, Hill is on the lookout for a new home after the Norm Smith medallist departed Collingwood in July with four years remaining on his contract following personal issues.
Speaking on SEN, Edmund revealed St Kilda has told the Suns they’re not into Ugle-Hagan, who’s likely to remain at Gold Coast for 2027.
“The bottom line is St Kilda have told Gold Coast they’ve got no interest in Jamarra. But the question had been asked, clearly, between the two clubs, and they’d been aware of the rumours like we had,” Edmund said on SEN radio.
“St Kilda have told Gold Coast that rest assured we’ve got no interest in Jamarra. And to the best of my knowledge, Jamarra doesn’t have any interest in even trying to continue his career at St Kilda.
“So, we can put a line through Jamarra to Moorabbin.
“I still think he will be re-signed for next year at a time when the Gold Coast deem it fitting.”
Edmund suggested Hill, who’s second cousins with Saints veteran Brad, also wasn’t an option for St Kilda.
“Then there’s Bobby, who I don’t think was ever really on the agenda at St Kilda. I’m less sure on him, I’m more sure on Jamarra,” Edmund added.
“That had gathered absolute steam.”
Port Adelaide great Kane Cornes, who was recently in Western Australia, added that West Coast also won’t consider Hill after list boss Matt Clarke said the club would look into the ex-Magpie.
“That’s not happening,” Cornes said.
“I’ve been told they’d like to see him play at a lower level to show the commitment required.”
Fremantle confirmed last week it won’t pursue Hill, who’s originally from Western Australia.
It comes as the AFL is introducing a Category B rookie list spot to be used purely on First Nations players for 2027.
